Canvas Print Hero can be used as a demo version with full functionality before purchase. All features of the Standard and Pro editions are unlocked in the demo version. Only exports are watermarked.
We recommend testing the software extensively before purchasing to ensure it meets your requirements.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after purchase without giving any reason (Art. 9 EU Directive 2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period begins on the day of purchase (date of the transaction confirmation).
Canvas Print Hero is sold through Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and is therefore the seller and your direct contractual partner for the purchase transaction under EU consumer law. The invoice is issued by Paddle.
This means: your withdrawal should be addressed to Paddle as the seller, since the purchase contract exists with Paddle (Art. 11 EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Please provide your name, the email address used for purchase, and if possible the transaction ID. No reason is required.
After receipt of your withdrawal, the refund will be processed by Paddle via the original payment method. The refund is typically completed within 5–10 business days, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal statement (Art. 13 EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
Upon refund, the license key is automatically deactivated. The software reverts to the demo version. Files you've already exported remain yours.
Canvas Print Hero uses Paddle.com Market Limited as its online reseller and Merchant of Record. As the seller, Paddle is bound by European consumer protection regulations, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Paddle processes all payments and handles order-related inquiries, including refunds, invoice corrections, and payment issues.

The right of withdrawal expires after the 14-day period. After expiry, refunds are only possible in justified exceptional cases (e.g., severe technical defects that cannot be resolved).
In the course of a refund, the data required for processing (email address, transaction ID) is processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance). After the refund is completed, your license data is deactivated. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
